What is the setup fee for?
The one-time setup fee is for the time it takes to review, access and strategize your internet marketing. We will review where you are on the internet. We set you up with necessary accounts to provide you with the great service.
Do I have to sign a contract?
We do not have you sign a contract. We do have terms and conditions, but we will not require a contract, making you pay for something you do not value.
If I stop service, what happens to my konnektpoint account?
Your konnektpoint account will remain live unless you ask us to remove it. All of your marketing accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, Yelp!, etc. are yours to keep. We can change any ownership to you or your company with a written request.
Can I have a konnektpoint account and do my own marketing?
Yes, we can create a konnektpoint account and provide you with a limited amount of access, leaving the marketing in your hands. We will not provide you with the monthly service, unless you request it.
How do I know konnektpoint is working?
You will know konnektpoint is working based on the goals, benchmarks, and tracking that is done through every aspect of your konnektpoint marketing strategy.
